Just so ya know, when you first come to the site, you may or may not be automatically logged on (depending upon how it is initially set up). It may be that members come here for a quick check to see if a new post has been made.
However, if you set the posts to be viewed according to your time frame, you will see two different times represented by one post when not logged on and when logged on. This of course depends upon whether the poster posts in a different time zone than yourself.
For example...Jeff just posted an administrational concern to the debate. He lives in California. When not logged on, I see the time stamp as 4:08PM, but when I am logged on, I see the time stamp as 6:08 PM...
Probably just an insignificant detail which concerns no one...
