The determining factor for continuing on there will be my own heart... Here is a real sign of maturity. Too often as Christians we try to change other people's hearts and minds, neglecting to work on our own. Be responsible for what we have the power to change and pray that God will change what we don't. I believe the Lord will bless this attitude.

Thank you, Sheldon. I pray my attitude is honorable to the character of Christ, for Christ in us is the hope of glory.

Just a piece of historical information here. The Greeks who went into the synagogues were Jews themselves. They were Grecian-Jews. So they did indeed follow Judaism. Non Jewish Greeks were not permitted to enter into the synagogue.
Note that 'Greeks' who went into the synagogue were Jews of the Western dispersion. They gave us the Greek translation of the OT.

Remember in the movie, THE GREATEST STORY EVER TOLD, Jesus went to the Jewish teaching meeting place and had rebuked the teacher/ teaching. When is the last time you saw someone do that in a modern day church meeting? Forget about it! Does not happen. It is their way or the highway.....
We are told not to throw pearls to the swine so that they trample on them.
