I was thinking I might contribute so DeDee could get some new shoes...having seen a picture of her in those silver ones with the Pippy Longstockings is what first came to my mind... If it weren't a venue for PaulT to continue his diatribe, I would consider it further. But on the other hand, some things ought to be allowed to die a natural death. Edit: Well I decided to do it anyway and put a note to let her conscience be her guide as to how she might spend it. It will be interesting to see what happens now that she has my full name and address...

If she had requested help for her personal survival I would help but I will not help support a so-called ministry that tries to debunk the word of God and those who are abiding in it by faith. In a sense I suppose DD's internet site communities are her survival. She has been through a lot of strife and the troubles that come from that. But Christian love needn't be based on whether one approves another's behavior - or even their doctrine. It can simply be offered because that is what one needs most. And money is the easier way to show that to her, since she will not accept any other of my offerings in Christ for her.

Well I certainly see your point but would you offer the keys to the bank if her living was robbing banks? I think her websites have become detestible and contrary to what God expects. I suppose I could insist that any money I send to her should be used to pay for things of righteousness but it would still be like robbing from Peter to pay Paul. At this time I will take it to God in prayer. |

I would hardly put DD in the same boat as a thief! She is sincere in what she is doing - but that is the problem. Why anyone would go to the lengths she has to fight an imaginary enemy because of man-made doctrinal beliefs is a sign she is already in trouble. That her error has brought some expected results down upon her own head, is no reason not to reach out and help her. I see her as a sister in Christ, and love dictates that I help in a way that she just might accept. She said some rash things about me because of her own presuppositions - my intention is to cause her to pause and reconsider with an example born of the grace I have received.

Well DD needs more money than the 50 bucks I sent her. Which apparently I am the only one who has contributed so far. And she apparently is not about to give up that an HP sent in that money. But now that she has revealed that her soon to be ex may have a claim to the sites, it doesn't seem wise to contribute to what may end up by the wayside.
Any body else wondering what happened to PT over at Pretblog? Its going on 2 weeks and no new posts from him.

Like I said, I am truly confused. And then Dee Dee claims to have numerous domain names which cost bunches of money per year which shows me she is ignorant on how to do this differently and still have as many domain names as she wants for almost nothing at all. |

I did some more research on this women and I think she is a very troubled person. see deedeewarren1.blogspot.com/However, in fairness she went into detail concerning her pseudo name at www.preteristblog.com/?p=2828From what I have seen from Dee Dee or whatever name she goes by is that she has not been able to separate her troubles from her theology and thus comes off as a crazy at times. This is my impression at least. PaulT on the otherhand, it seems, has stopped authoring at pret blog but I think it is more because PaulT was not able to get the needed exposure he craves all the time in his efforts to appear scholarly. |

I did check out her personal blog too - she is certainly having her troubles. Why she chooses to broadcast her laundry in public however is VERY strange. She comes off like a drama queen, though I think it is because of the lawsuit with her ex. I got news for her - it won't help her troubles one bit. And like you noticed too, it only makes her look a bit crazy.
Its not like DD (Caryn) not to mention why someone has a falling out with her. Maybe PT is on vacation or something...
