Good morning,
I've been enjoying Michael's biography concerning his time at Calvary Chapel. His last entry has the passage,
Revelation 22:1-3 And he showed me a pure river of water of life, clear as crystal, proceeding from the throne of God and of the Lamb. In the middle of its street, and on either side of the river, was the tree of life, which bore twelve fruits, each tree yielding its fruit every month. The leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations. And there shall be no more curse, but the throne of God and of the Lamb shall be in it, and His servants shall serve Him.
Can someone please explain this. "The leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations."
Thanks. Steve

Anyone else want to jump in here???
In my own head it goes hand in hand with Revelation 22:17 "And the Spirit and the bride say, “Come!” And let him who hears say, “Come!” And let him who thirsts come. Whoever desires, let him take the water of life freely."
It's our job as residence of The New Jerusalem.
