This morning I browsed through the BF discussion board and came across a topic in the end times chat section I thought was very telling of the mindset throughout the futurist community. The title of the thread was something like this: Is it a sin to try to enjoy life in the end times? bibleforums.org/forum/showthread.php?t=153234To me this is exactly the fatalistic mentality well known in the futurist camp. They claim to have something to look forward to but scared to death to get there.

And mostly because these people just automatically accept what has been fed to them. It is a very dishonoring attitude towards God when people do not search the Scriptures for the truth but instead rely on someone to feed them.

It is a very dishonoring attitude towards God when people do not search the Scriptures for the truth but instead rely on someone to feed them. That is very sad! However, equally sad is when many are shown scripture proving all those things ocurred the first century (Matthew 10:23; 16:27,28; 24:15-34; Luke 21:20-32), they reject it. Sadly, fiction is more desirable then truth! Lady Sower~

Want to see something really sad. Go to this site www.israeltoday.netClick on a red headline and after the story read the comments. Literally, right out of the pit. Christians and Muslims in Gaza are being overrun by the Jews and the dispys are praying for their defeat. Isn't that murder of the heart? Steve
