Good morning Adhitthana,
First time I've heard about it, but I have enjoyed reading John Noe over at preteristarchive.com. I'm going to read more at the site now. Thanks for the link.

Steve Does anyone here know anything about John Noe? I was in Omaha last weekend and met with Dr. Kelly Birks while I was there. He frowned when I brought up the name John Noe. He said that he was disappointed in the direction John has gone. We were on so many topics in our discussion that I let that comment slip by.

John Noe has gone over into pret-idealism (Todd Dennis et al). It's too bad, because I enjoyed the books he HAD written prior to his change.

I'm not up on all these various names. Todd Dennis goes into it on his archive site. I can't get a handle on it at all... He seems to think that our emphasis is on 70AD and not Calvary - Hey! that rhymes. If you can figure out the position, then let the rest of us know!

If you can figure out the position, then let the rest of us know! I read a couple of Noe's articles from that site yesterday and cannot see where his turning back to Amil fits in what I read. But if our emphasis is on 70AD it is only because they skip over that part of our redemption. How it is that Calvary can be understood for its spiritual significance and nothing that followed, is an enigma. Why go back to a carnal understanding just because those things were still in the future when written about? It makes little sense to me.
