Dear members,
The main reason I started this discussion board was to have a place for us to discuss the things we are interacting with each other on. As you know its not all about preterism in what we discuss but many differing topics. Originally I named our site The Learning Centre and I am proud that we have been staying in line with that original intent. So since we are not just a preterist voice or a biblist voice or a whatever voice represented here I would like to refine our top left header title so that it reflects who we are in Christ and that when we share and learn, it then represents truth in Christ.
John 3:21
But whoever lives by the truth comes into the light, so that it may be seen plainly that what he has done has been done through God."
I propose agreeing with the above verse and rename our discussion board to
Live By Truth
I would like your truthful input. Does this make sense for us?

I like the name, but I'm not sure the context of the verse represents the way you want to use it. It sounds to me that, in context, it has to do with our actions, not with our studies.
John 3:20-21
(20) "For everyone who does evil hates the Light, and does not come to the Light for fear that his deeds will be exposed.
(21) "But he who practices the truth comes to the Light, so that his deeds may be manifested as having been wrought in God."

I think a preterist voice is a good thing to be. There's no ambiguity and if someone is googling preterism they will definately find it.

That said, I might be in the middle. As Once for all said, I like the name "Live by truth," but it may not represent the way you want to use it.
I also agree with Psychomike, a preterist voice is a good thing to be.
However, I also like the title of Allyn's books, "Truth upon truth," that's indicative of sound teaching.
May I include additional considerations, such as a combination...
1} Live by truth-preterist voice
2} Truth upon truth- preterist voice
3} Preterist voice- truth upon truth.
Or, might they be too long? Please voice your sincere thoughts!
