How about both?Acts 2:31 NASB (31) he looked ahead and spoke of the resurrection of the Christ, that HE WAS NEITHER ABANDONED TO HADES, NOR DID His flesh SUFFER DECAY. Amen! If His flesh did not see decay, what happened to it? The only answer I've able to find in the bible is that He was glorified. But the flesh is what died. Good evening Morris. Could you please explain what you mean by the phrase, "...He was glorified" in relation to His flesh not seeing decay? Are you saying that Jesus now had a glorified body, the one that came out of the tomb? In what way? Thanks.

We aren't given anything more than that regarding his being as flesh and blood. The only other thing we are told is that he was glorified. But as far as I can see from scripture, Christ was glorified, not flesh.

I guess I was trying to find where it says that Jesus was glorified through His resurrection and I found it in John 12:23-24 And Jesus answered them, "The hour has come for the Son of Man to be glorified. Truly, truly, I say to you, unless a grain of wheat falls into the earth and dies, it remains alone; but if it dies, it bears much fruit. I think this is pointing to his death and resurrection. John 12:16 says pretty much the same too. I just remember hearing the term, Jesus now has a glorified body, after the resurrection . . . meaning it was now a different body than the one that went into the tomb. Appearing in closed rooms, etc. Probably more from a futurist understanding of the term, thats all. Thanks
